Greetings! This site was created by young woman during her graudate studies, eager to explore and share the dignity of femininity.  Since she (like many woman) has precious few moments to read lengthy documents, this little library consists mainly of audio narrations. For those legal minds out there, all my recordings are public domain in the USA (as a handy rule of thumb, they were published pre-1923).* I hope you find these reflections nourishing to both your spiritual and intellectual lives.

The long-run aim of this endeavor is threefold:

  1. To propogate the powerful ideas housed in these documents, so that false conceptions of womanhood are stamped out and the true mystery of womanhood may reanimate the spirits of women and men.
  2. To augment the accesibility of these ideas, so that women in all walks of life can listen– while driving, gardening, shopping, running, cleaning, or resting– and ponder them within their hearts.
  3. To build up fresh dialogue around what it means to be a woman, fully human and complementary to a man; finding ways to express the feminine genius in all aspects of life– mothering, teaching, economics, politics, creating, etc.

From the outset, I do want to make it clear that I do not wholeheartedly endorse all of the ideas in all of the documents that I will narrate. Rather, all of the works are hand-chosen for the purpose of stimulating serious conversation. If you happen to think of any way that I might make this better, please do not hesitate to reach out through the contact form (…or even just to say hi!).

Pax Christi!
